Ella

Let me introduce you to a lovely 3 year old dog named Ella.

Yes, Ella is a pit bull terrier. In October of 2014, Ella hit the doggy lottery and was rescued by my daughter Emily and her husband Anthony. Ella became an integral part of their family that included two young daughters. She quickly won their hearts.

Unfortunately, Ella, who loves to run and play, recently suffered a serious double knee injury called luxating patella. This results in excruciating pain for both of her knees. The only treatment is surgery by a specialist, which will cost $4,400. Not something this young family can  afford.

Emily has started a fundraising campaign to help defray some of the costs. If you can find it in your heart to help in any way by contributing to this fund, Ella's family would be most grateful.
