UFO International Museum & Research Center

If you come to Roswell, NM, this place is a must. Bob and I entered as skeptics and departed as.... well, lets just say that we are now open to the possibility that aliens may have crash landed 75 miles NW of Roswell in 1947. Here is the incident timeline.

There were many interesting displays, and some rather cheesy ones.

On the wall were sworn, notarized statements of eyewitnesses to the events on July 4, 1947 and the few days following, as well as newspaper clippings and accounts of Betty and Barney Hill from New Hampshire, who were supposedly abducted by aliens in September of 1961.

After the museum, we stopped into a large antiques mall on N. Main Street to see what we could find. As it turns out, there was nothing that we needed, but I do enjoy looking!

My towels are coming along nicely...

...but it's time to move on. We are headed for Amarillo, TX before moving north towards Kansas again.
