Pretty Spaces

On Saturday evening Bob and I walked over to John and Kayhy Huggins' site for a little social time, along with 5 or six other couples who are here because of the Living the RV Dream Gathering this month. It was a nice chance to get to know each other, and the Huggins's had some great suggestions on things to do and see in the area.

Sunday rained most of the day, but the sun was out early in the day so Auggie and I took a walk around, ending up at the island on the property. We had the place to ourselves, and it was beautiful. The water on the river was like a mirror.

this island is used for social events and boasts a clubhouse-type gathering space...

...places to sit and talk...

...and a garden area for folks who own lots here.

Today we drove over to the Post Office to pick up mail, but later found out that we can have it sent right to the park. Sweet!
